All sewing machines, unless otherwise instructed, will ship COMPLETE and FULLY assembled, ready to sew upon arrival. The machines will be secured on heavy duty pallets, protected and shrink-wrapped to avoid any accidentl damage during transit.
We use several freight companies such as AAA Cooper, Southeastern Freight Lines, Road Runner, Central Freight, R & L Carriers and others - which will be contracted to deliver your machine.
As soon as the freight company is selected, we will email you a copy of the BILL of LADING (BOL) with the freight company's name and local terminal contact info in case you need to get a hold of them. After the driver picks up your machine, he will provide us a PRO number (tracking number) which you will also receive to track your shipment.
In all cases, any shipping information and copies of all documentation will be provided to you immediately so you always know where your machine is and exactly which day it will be delivered to you.
Smaller packages shipped with UPS or US Postal Service will automatically generate tracking numbers and will be emailed to you immediately.
Shipping price will always be clearly marked on our web site with the particular machine listing or provided to you during the quotation process.
Please note that "commercial addresses" and "residential addresses" have a different price because of freight company's rules and regulations. In all "residential address" deliveries, there is an automatic surcharge for residential access and a lift gate surcharge. This is initiated by the freight companies and not Sunny Sewing.
