The HIGHLEAD GC 20638 is a new machine specially developed for the car seat industry – which is designed with split needle bar to be engaged or disengaged for convenient corner stitching.
This sewing machine also features ball bearing for arm shaft and lower shaft, cog belt driving, plunger oil pump for automatic lubrication.
With compound feeding mechanism, it is available for stitching multi-layer materials of heavy weight, such as leather, foam, plastics, synthetic fabrics, etc.
This sewing machine is high class equipment for stitching car seats, fabric decoration in cars, shoe uppers of leather or synthetic leather, sports equipment, office furniture, soft cushions, trunk, bags, etc.
This machine features BIG bobbins and hooks, reverse lever for easy backtacking, adjustable stitch length dial, and ships complete with table stand and 110 Volt SERVO Motor.
Factory set needle gauge is 8mm.

This machine ships complete and fully assembled – ready to sew upon arrival.
This machine comes standard with a 8 mm Needle Gauge. However, you can also order this machine with a 9.5mm gauge.
