	MACHINE DESCRIPTION:	The Highlead GA2698 is a LONG ARM TRANSVERSE SEAM CYLINDER BED DROP FEEDT SEWING MACHINE with a large SHUTTLE HOOK. Designed for the heaviest-weight fabrics this machine can easily sew multiple layers of leather, canvas, vinyl and heavy synthetic materials. The sewing machines cylinder shaped arm has been extended to give approximately 960mm (37″) clearance. It is fitted with an extra large shuttle hook assembly (204 type) for use with heavy weight & extra heavy weight materials and threads. This special extra long feed up the arm cylinder machine is suited to sewing for example: large tubular shapes golf bags, luggage bags, tents, sails, parachutes, umbrellas, fishing gear, cushions etc. This machine can also be ordered with Pneumatic Auto Reverse, Pneumatic Foot Lift and Puller (GA 2698T) The GA 2698T-2 is a double needle version of the machine featurting a 1/4″ (6.4 mm) needle gauge and only comes with Auto Reverse, Auto Foot Lift and Puller.
